I read some of your posts on how to return an ebay item to the seller part I and II. You mention that there is a Part III on how to open and win a paypal dispute. I can not find this anywhere on your site. could you forward this to me?
Your site has been extremely helpful in dealing with the situation that I have with a particular seller. thank you for the time you put into this!

Not sure if you can help me but the multiorder shipping through paypal for some reason doens't load for me. It used to but now it just continued to get "stuck" in the loading mode and never actually pops up the orders so I can enter the weight, etc. Do you have any experience with this? Paypal ignored two emails I sent to them - thanks for your help!

Hello! I understand where you are coming from because I have take for over 3200 and I have tried everything except wanting to get a hold of someone from High up, CEO or President of the company to send them a certified letter to try and resolve this issue! If you can give any information that would be a great help!

Customer Service Sucks and So does pay Pal for committing fraud and stealing money that is not there's !!

Where is the justice in that??

Hi Josh,

Thanks for writing up that article about returning items to a seller on eBay. It has brought me some valuable information about a dispute process I am currently going through.

I do have a question for you, however, about being reimbursed for shipping charges for a returned item. I purchased a bike on eBay for $400 + $30 shipping. Upon receiving the bike, I noticed it was nowhere in the condition the seller described it as. I am currently in the process of communicating with the seller to get a full refund. However, I know that shipping the bike back to the seller is going to cost me much more than $30. The seller contacted me the day he shipped the bike, informing me that it cost $115 to ship, and asking for a reimbursement. Now I am going to be stuck eating this cost if I do in fact ship it back to him. Any idea on what I can do in this scenario?

Thanks a lot for the help, I truly appreciate your eBay wisdom ;)
