So I added funds to my PayPal account using the MoneyPak…

I just want to clarify…

So at the back of the MoneyPak card, it says that a $4.95 monthly fee beginning 91 days after purchase will be applied.

This WON’T happen if I get rid ALL of the money I put using the MoneyPak in my PAYPAL account right?

I have an interesting quandry. I am a cashier at a retailer that sells Money Paks. lately I have had a customer come in and buy multible money paks putting minimum $500 or more on each using a pre-paid Visa Card. He does this till until he goes past his spending limit on his pre paid card. Furthermore he changes cashiers to avoid being suspicious. I am curious to know is there something illiegal that he could be doing here . Like is it posible to launder money on the money paks? Any inquiring minds can send some insight so I can pass it on to my asset protection friends .

I believe there are two different ‘versions’ of the card, the one listed here is the old ‘package’, and they redesigned the card and that’s why you’re don’t look the same (or is the other way around?).

The only way is to use up/shred the card after 2 months or so, and just buy a new one *rinse and repeat*

What I’d like to know is, why do they need my DOB/SS#/etc for ‘unlocking’ the limit, doesn’t paypal already have this information, who and why do they have this limit in the first place for anyway?

So moneypak charges me 60 dollars a year? i only want to add it to paypal i have no monkepak “account” how do i get out of them charging me?

Noelle, I hope you saved your receipt. The number you need is on the Walmart receipt, listed as Activation Number. Try that.
