Unfair like my country Sudan out of the list of paypal and even the country i resident Egypt also the same not on the list .
paypal rejected many countries from the culture of internet business and the economic future ,we lost most our business ,we need quick solution ,even Ebay they don’t havr alternative payment/

did anyone actually get there money back before 180 days as i have emailed and still no reply?? been over 4 weeks and i dont know whatelse to do

well im from indonesia, paypal has been closed my paypal too with chargeback from the site that im bought their digital stuff, im now email the executif paypal and the answer like this :

Dear Yuyun,

Thank you for contacting PayPal. This is Selina, and I work for the
Office of Executive Escalations. Your concerns on lifting account
limitation was recently forwarded to our office for review in the hope
that we might be able to assist you further.

I attempted to contact you via +62 085756496196, but failed. Please
allow me to explain the limitation issue via email first. If you prefer
phone contact, please let me know your available time and valid contact
number. I will call back during working days.

Based on the pattern, frequency, and nature of the complaints received
against your account, PayPal has determined that it is in our mutual
best interests to part ways. This is not a decision we make lightly, and
we deeply regret any inconvenience or frustration this matter may cause
you. Unfortunately, this decision is final.

Due to the risk represented to PayPal as a result of the transactions we
have processed on your behalf, all funds in your account will be held
for 180 days against chargebacks or other reversals. Please be aware
that should any complaints or reversals arise during those 180 days, the
funds will be deducted from any available balance. This is also done in
accordance with our User Agreement.

At the end of the 180 day period, you may request, via e-mail that all
available funds be sent to your confirmed address by paper check.
Alternately, you may authorize us issuing refund for payment received,
and we will be happy to issue those refunds on your behalf.

We deeply regret the necessity of this decision, and wish you every
success in your future endeavors.

paypal store my money too!!! im so pissed what the hell if it was a real bank they could never do that. but paypal does not seem to be bound by any law except their own made up policies how great!!!
