Michelle, you ahve to do it the card way now instead of the account way. Still works all the same, just takes a bit more time and then you have a physical gift card you probably wont ever use.

I have been using paypal for 3+ years and am a verified business member, only to one day, find myself with a wthdrawl limit. I was nervous to give my social security number or real credit card out because of the bad stories I have heard. Thankfully, I searched the web and found your helpful advice. Thank You. However to those who have tried this, how long did it take for the email to get to you? I purhcased one on the 17 and i have still not yet gotten a email. I called them two and they said it takes 24 hours to 2 days for me to get it. Can you guys tell me how long it took you guys to get the email?
